Triage is a private tool used by one person, Helen Webberley, on her own mailboxes. Nobody else's account can be connected.
It reads new email in the inboxes she connects, asks Anthropic's Claude to sort each one, and sends her a short summary on Telegram. Email text is sent to Anthropic for that sorting only.
It keeps a sender, subject, one-line summary and category for each email for 30 days, then deletes them. It never stores the body of an email. Google access is kept encrypted and can be revoked at any time from https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
It archives mail or unsubscribes from a mailing list only when she taps a button. Nothing is sold, shared or used for advertising. Use of data from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
